The 7 Intuitive Laws of Employee LoyaltyWe all have our own story. We all have our own reasons for doing what we do. We all have different dreams. Things get fun when the dreams become reality!
My life has not always been easy. I encounter roadblocks like everyone else.

Often, I find that I am motivated by what I don’t want to become more than what I want to become.

  • I don’t ever want to be disingenuous.
  • I don’t ever want to be untrustworthy.
  • I don’t ever want to leave anyone feeling unheard.
  • I don’t want to make anyone feel useless.
  • I don’t want my words to make others feel small.
  • I don’t want to fall so hard that the pain of getting up is not worth getting up again.
  • I don’t want to live in contradiction to what I was gifted to do.

Have I been some of these things before? I am sure that I have. I am not perfect, but I am self-aware. I try to be better every day. I focus on continuous improvement in all that I do.

Who do I want to be?

  • I want to be the person who sees the best in others before they see it in themselves.
  • I want to be the person who uplifts others through my words and actions.
  • I want to actively listen to people and help them find their truth.
  • I want others to feel confident and energized after interacting with me.
  • I want to fall, but with the mental cushion to know that the fall is only as hard as I allow it to be.
  • I want to live out my gifts to the furthest degree possible, letting nothing get in the way.
  • I want to leave a positive mark on the lives of others.

How do I get there?

I am taking the first step to meet my perfect self on this journey.  For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be an author. I felt like I had a unique message to pass on.
The cards seemed a little stacked against me, but I did not give up. Four young children and a busy life later, I am now a published author.

What did I publish?

The 7 Intuitive Laws of Employee Loyalty

Why this book?

I wanted to provide the employee’s perspective on what makes them more loyal to employers. Employees are often left out of decisions, promotions, empowerment, respect. I have not only been in that voiceless place in my life, I have also been the voice for many employees and customers alike. Their perspective is crucial to leadership and organizational development.

If you decide to buy it, and you are someone who can influence how this voice is communicated, I certainly hope you will use the insights and tactics in my book to positively impact your culture and your team members’ experience.

Cheers to Making Your Dreams Become Reality!
